GSP aims to process, review, and respond to all applications within 15 business days. Any period where additional information or clarification is required is excluded from this processing time.
The supporting documents needed will depend on the type of Landowner's Consent you require. For example: If you are seeking Landowner's Consent for a development application (DA) your supporting documentation should include a copy of your DA and all supporting documents, plans and reports that will be submitted with you DA.

Any period where we are waiting for additional information or clarification is excluded from the application processing time.
Yes. Please ensure that you complete the Applicants Declaration on page 4 of the form and the tenant's authorising officer has signed this declaration confirming they have authorised you to act on their behalf.
A $150 application fee applies for each Landowner's Consent Application. This fee is invoiced directly to the tenant and must be paid in full before the application can be finalised. The invoice will include all the details on how and where the tenant can pay the fee.
Your application can not be finalised until this fee is paid in full. Any period where we are waiting for payment is excluded from the processing time.
